Forge day
A working cutlery town with no visitor programme is a town that stays anonymous. Seki runs a festival every October and opens its factories by reservation; Solingen has a museum and a law protecting its name. We are starting smaller: come and stand at the bench, and leave with the knife you made.
Workshop tour
Forge, grinding line, heat treatment and the polishing hall. Free for members.
Half day at the bench
Grind, fit and finish a blade from a prepared blank. It goes home with you.
Forge your own knife
Billet to edge alongside an ustad, with your name stamped on the tang.
Damascus billet day
Weld and draw your own pattern billet, then have it finished and posted on.
Before you travel
The workshop runs Monday to Saturday. Visits need a week's notice so we can put a master on your bench rather than pull one off a production run. If you are flying in, Sialkot is the nearest airport and Lahore is roughly two hours by road.
